Drive engineering excellence at HYDMECH as an Engineer in Sustaining Operations. Support product design, manufacturability, and continuous improvement in an onsite role.
As part of HYDMECH's engineering team, this position reports to the Director of Engineering – Sustaining Operations. With a focus on product design and day-to-day engineering support, you will facilitate the transition of designs to production. Collaborating with various departments ensures efficient product launches and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design custom products based on customer requirements
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to launch products smoothly
• Support design initiatives for manufacturability and cost reduction
• Track project progress, risks, and implement corrective actions
