An opportunity within Engineer for Launchers and Ariane6 Production Quality team has arisen in Airbus DS in Getafe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the manufacturing process and deliveries of the aerostructures satellite launchers and Ariane 6 from a Quality point of view.
• Manage the Non‑Conformities and deviations opened during the manufacturing process.
• Identification of Non Conformities reduction opportunities. Follow up of their efficiency and cost reduction.
• Definition and implementation of improvement projects to reduce Cost of Quality (inspections reduction and sampling).
• Lead the quality activities for the new structures developments and modifications (Control plan, Inspection Registers, PFMEA, FAI, …).
• Launch and drive PPS process for critical and repetitive issues in the area. Ensure efficiency of the defined actions.
• Manage Operational Gates.
• Support the OES implementation and lead the Customer...
