Engineer, Engineering Standards and Tools

Role summary:

We are looking for an Engineer who will create, develop, document and support engineering standards, processes and governance practices, and drive the continuous improvement of engineering data structures across a global organization.

In this role, you will help ensure that engineering data is consistent, accurate, well-structured and reusable by standardizing item, BOM, document, and part classification practices. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and other stakeholders to improve data quality, drive alignment and support effective engineering data governance.

A key part of the role is analyzing complex engineering data to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities, then turning those findings into practical actions.
