Engineer EFA & Complaint Management

Accountable for the execution of the internal complaint management process from complaint verification until final customer 8D report.

Your Role

• Accountable for the execution of the internal complaint management process from complaint verification until final customer 8D report
• Ensures failure verification, event evaluation, and containment action on product level
• Performs Electrical Failure Verification, Electrical Failure Analysis and Electrical Fault Isolation of customer complaint samples
• Utilize and leverage the Electrical Failure Analysis skillsets to support product and process quality and reliability improvement initiatives

Your Profile

Fresh graduates with Bachelor degree in E&E or Physics with CGPA > 3.0.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• 1-2 years working experience in failure analysis / product engineering and programming / scripting skill sets
