What You Will Do

1.In new project develop, work for total process strategy, and compare each strategy to find out the optimal one with project team, integrate each process DFM, and design total process.

2.Organize the product design review with manufacture Engineers to provide manufacturing feasibility analysis and DFM to PD and PM, including molding, die, plating, assembly and outsourcing, to optimize and ensure the manufacturing feasibility of the product design. 

3.Define flow process for components/finish good with cross function team. 

4.As a technical bridge of each manufacture function team.

5.As a contact windows between manufacture team to other technical function team, as Product Design, Quality, etc. include local & oversea team.

6.Analyse product and process issue and deploy improvement.
