Job responsibilities:

Quality Engineer

• Lead in the resolution of customer complaints and quality issues, provide voice of customers to operations, and translate customer's feedback into innovative solutions.
• Participate in the resolution of product or manufacturing quality problems.
• Manage customer and product regulatory compliance audit/visit.
• Participate in New Product Introduction and Qualification activities and establish the system, procedures, and specification to ensure product quality meets the specified requirements.
• Participate in internal audits to ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system.
• Initiate and drive for quality improvement projects.
• Reporting to the quality manager and performing all other duties and tasks as assigned.
