+ Performs activities related to the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers and auxiliary plant equipment.
+ Performs and assumes all responsibilities as the Stationary Engineer including, but not limited to, the following:
+ Operates high-pressure boilers, auxiliary equipment, and controls in an efficient and safe manner. Continuously exercises plant safety in all areas of the power plant.
+ Observes flow meters, gauges, dials and recorders. Starts, stops, adjusts, and regulates the equipment in response to observations and accepted engineering practice.
