Job Description

In this position, you will:
Operate and maintain CMHK RAN and transmission network including cell site configuration and troubleshooting, ATN operation and troubleshooting
Provide technical support services and handle complex case troubleshooting
Liaise with internal and external parties for fault identification and service recovery of CMHK transmission network
Preparation of operation report, system and operation documentation if required
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering/Telecommunications field or related disciplines
2 years of experience in telecom industry
Good operation excellence, analytical and communication skill
Self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to meet with quality services
Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
