This position is for a lead role in the Advanced Engineering group situated in Monterrey Mexico. The team is responsible to support the forward‑looking company Technology and Product Roadmaps. These tasks include technology scouting, researching viable technologies, and developing for M/Fit working prototypes, which are then installed on‑vehicle for functional and performance evaluation. These working prototypes are developed with for M/Fit in mind for a handoff to the business unit, to facilitate the transition to market.
