In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the small group ministry and developing impactful strategies for church engagement. You will work hand-in-hand with small group coaches, recruit and train facilitators, and ensure that newcomers find their place within our community. Passion for spiritual growth and community involvement is essential for success in this position.
