Engagement Manager (Remote) - Brazil

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Professional Services or customer-facing technical project management roles, preferably within the CRM space (Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot). The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating business needs into clear application and customer requirements.

The candidate should be able to produce design documentation based on business requirements and collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements. Experience with programming or coding is strongly preferred, as it enables the candidate to create stronger technical design documents and effectively bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.
