A leading ASX listed services business requires a part time Engagement Lead for an initial 6 month contract for 2 - 3 days a week.

As an Engagement Lead your role will focus on delivering significant operating model and process improvements across a large, complex national organisation.

This program is modernising the way work is managed and delivered through the implementation of a new enterprise work management platform and associated business process improvements.

The initiative will impact approximately 100 operational contracts nationally and transform how administrative and operational teams work across the organisation.

We're looking for a seasoned engagement and change professional who can confidently influence senior leaders, build stakeholder alignment, and drive successful adoption of new ways of working.
