About the Job
As a Expert in Employee Experience & Engagement, you will strategically lead initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and listening within Allianz Technology. Your role is pivotal in shaping a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and empowerment, ensuring that our employees are heard and valued.

You will also oversee high-impact projects with a strong focus on operational excellence and process efficiency, collaborating closely with branches, Allianz Group, and other global business lines/Allianz OEs to ensure alignment.
