Engagement Access Strategy Lead

This role will articulate and co-create the Market Access (MACS) strategy for launches and new indications with Bayer priorities, supporting Engagement or Partnership Chapters portfolio including Oncology, Cardiology, Specialty Medicine, i WHC and Radiology. The position will establish strong partnership with Chapter leads and Product Team Leads (PTs); co-create strong value propositions of Chapter key products; and guarantee execution of value-driven MACS strategies within global, regional, and local plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect leadership in Health Policy & Advocacy, HEOR, pricing and reimbursement outcomes of all Bayer portfolio; coordinate actions with all areas in the local organization and with MACS regional and global teams as required.
