Energy Manager - Level 4

**Description:**
You will be the Energy Manager - Level 4 for the Energy & Sustainability team which is responsible for developing and executing the strategic energy plan for the Marietta site.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Energy Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading energy‑conservation projects, overseeing utility management, and integrating sustainability initiatives with facilities, plant engineering, and ESH teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and maintain a site‑wide energy‑strategic plan, identifying projects, utilities, and resource‑conservation opportunities.
+ Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules; coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to ensure designs meet codes and LM Aero quality standards.
+ Oversee construction and installation inspections, verify conformance to drawings and specifications, and certify project completion.
