Responsibilities
Customer & Account Support
Partner with Account Managers to deliver high-quality service to enterprise clients Manage action items and input project data into tracking systems Organize and maintain project documentation (construction drawings, utility bills, invoices, audits) Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email Support ongoing client initiatives through administrative and operational tasks Data Analysis & Reporting
Perform data manipulation and analysis using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced required) Generate customized reports using enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, Passport, and reporting tools Analyze data to support operational decisions and energy efficiency initiatives Technical Energy Efficiency & Rebate Support
