Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and usage data daily into internal systems.
Review and resolve discrepancies in supply, pipeline, and utility invoices.
Generate client reports and supporting documentation using World Kinect systems.
Collaborate within the data management team to share and balance workload.
Participate in software testing and provide feedback for system improvements.
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with suppliers and utilities to resolve errors promptly.
Track and report value-added outcomes on the Client Scorecard.
Analyze complex energy contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience handling high volumes of data in academic or professional settings.
