Job Description
The Endpoint Support Specialist will serve as an administrator for ManageEngine Endpoint Central, driving high-level security compliance and operational health across the organization's workstation fleet. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between security mandates (Qualys/SOC) and technical execution, specifically focusing on reaching a 95% patch compliance rate and maintaining the Windows lifecycle. By leveraging Endpoint Central's automation and reporting capabilities, the Specialist ensures that hardware health and software hygiene are managed proactively rather than reactively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Automated Patch Management: Utilize ManageEngine Endpoint Central to remediate Microsoft Security Update failures, targeting a 95% fleet-wide compliance baseline.
Engineer set-and-forget automation policies to sustain a <1% update failure rate over rolling 60-day cycles.
