Endpoint Security Engineer

Job Summary

Indevia is looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Senior Systems Engineer to support and maintain core IT operations. The role will focus on maintaining the cloud infrastructure, managing the internal IT ticketing tool, overseeing the EDR cloud server, setting up desktops for new joiners, procurement and maintaining ISO 27001 documentation and SOPs. The profile will work under the direct supervision of the SVP – IT. This role also includes occasional remote site tasks such as delivering and configuring systems at end-user homes or remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

• - Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS-based).
• - Administer and support the internal IT ticketing system (Zoho Desk or similar).
• - Manage and maintain Seqrite or EDR cloud-based antivirus server.
