About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Engineer to strengthen the Endpoint Monitoring product team responsible for operating and optimizing the Nexthink Infinity platform deployed across 35,000+ devices. In this role, you will administer the platform, build dashboards and analytics, support entities across multiple regions, and help enhance digital experience through high quality data insights.
Responsibilities:
Administer and operate the Nexthink Infinity platform including dashboards, metrics, and configuration
Create dashboards, reports, and monitoring capabilities for entities
