**$5,000 sign on bonus (Based on eligibility)**

**Location/Facility** Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Centennial (Frisco)

**Specialty/Department/Practice** Endoscopy Lab

**Shift/Schedule** FT days, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM. Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage: averaging 10 days per month.
