Job Description

                Job Summary and Responsibilities 
 Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time clinical and Academic physician for the Endocrinology division of the Department of Medicine in its flagship location of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona  Provide direct patient care in our outpatient setting 
 Provide clinical supervision and teaching for medical students and Internal Medicine residents in the Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix 
 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
 Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients
