Job Description:

• Primarily outpatient responsibilities

• ON CALL: 1:10 call, with additional inpatient call coverage only when the inpatient providers are off.

• Flexibility in scheduling

• The multi-disciplinary team of Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners and Certified Diabetes Educators are dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes improve their quality of life.
