Role

As an End User Technologies (EUT) Engineer, you ensure endpoint devices are secure, compliant, up to date, and reliably supported across a global organization. You leverage deep expertise in MDM, Microsoft endpoint technologies, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem to create strategy, direct management, and optimize a diverse endpoint landscape across Windows, Android, i OS, and mac OS. You act as a Level3 support expert, providing advanced technical guidance and escalation support to Level2 teams and Field IT colleagues worldwide, and drive continuous improvement through automation and innovation using Power Shell, Azure Automation, and other Azure-based services.
