Job Overview And Responsibilities

As an End-User Computing Engineer at Level 3, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and assisting in the design of endpoint solutions for the organization. Building on your expertise in application packaging, systems management, and automation, you will ensure that end‑user devices remain secure, compliant, and aligned with the company’s evolving business needs. You will also serve as a technical mentor to junior team members and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation in endpoint services and solutions.

• Design, develop, and optimize application packaging and deployment processes using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager), PowerShell, or Flexera Admin Studio.
• Provide advanced technical leadership on endpoint lifecycle management, from hardware selection and provisioning to OS deployment, patching, and security configuration.
