**Job Title: Enclosure Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Enclosure Foreman is responsible for overseeing the completion of projects in the Enclosure Department. This includes ensuring employee safety and productivity while demonstrating strong leadership skills. The role may involve occasional travel to conduct services off-site.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times.
+ Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors, and labor laws.
+ Recruit, hire, mentor, and train employees and contractors.
+ Develop and oversee quality standards.
+ Resolve conflicts or miscommunication quickly and amicably.
+ Read drawings and blueprints and convey this information to others.
