Overview

A leading manufacturing business in Bridlington is looking for an Encapsulation Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a fast-paced production department. This hands-on leadership role is within a regulated manufacturing environment and involves overseeing Supervisors and Operators to ensure production targets, quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently achieved across all Encapsulation shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager with the daily running of the Encapsulation department.
• Lead, coach and develop production teams across multiple shifts.
• Ensure production plans are achieved safely, efficiently, and right-first-time.
• Drive standards across GMP, hygiene, food safety and compliance.
• Support audits, process improvements, shutdowns and changeovers.
