About the Role
We are undergoing a major platform modernization and are looking for a hands-on Enablement & Instructional Design Lead to build and scale our internal, partner, and customer training programs.
This role is not about maintaining existing training — it is about

designing and operationalizing a modern enablement function from the ground up , leveraging AI to accelerate content creation and delivery.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, and Support to translate product capabilities into effective, scalable learning experiences.
