Define yearly working plan with EMS suppliers, including planning performance KPIs, process robustness continuous improvement opportunity, digital tool deployment etc; Managing co-planning with EMS suppliers setting up clear to build visibility to IG plants, healthy stock management to improve EMS upstream resilience and sustained business mainly for EE strategic safety stock setting up & drive excessive/obsolete stock reduction. Evaluate supply risk and escalation, work in the taskforce to manage the crisis related.
