Job Responsibilities
- Provide Technical/Clinical Assistance with the Epic Systems
- Troubleshoot system issues: diagnose and resolve problems related to Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Radiant, Willow, etc.).
- Support clinical users: assist physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff with system navigation, order entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Optimize workflows: collaborate with clinical teams to ensure Epic supports efficient and accurate clinical workflows.
- Offer training and guidance: provide just-in-time training or refresher sessions to end users on Epic features and best practices.
- Perform thorough functional and technical reviews via ServiceNow tickets and hotline, and provide guidelines to end users.
- Delegate tasks/ticket assignment to the offshore team.
- Prepare a weekly performance report.
