Job Introduction

Salary: £26,000-27,000

Contract: Permanent 

Location: Primarily homebased with time in the office as required

Weekly Hours: 40

We are committed to providing the best repairs service possible for our Empty Homes to enable our new customers a safe and happy place to live. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Co-Ordinator to join our experienced team.

To be successful you will need to be experienced and confident in a fast-paced environment, being able to adapt to different situations that arise daily. Working with internal and external contractors and providing them with all aspects of the H&S documentation throughout the empty homes process.
