Employment Specialist – Connect to Work , Berkshire

Location: The contract covers Berkshire and we are recruiting for the Bracknell and Wokingham areas. Delivery is expected throughout a network of community venues and with specialist partners.

Salary: £27,976 - £29,000 depending on experience. Travel expenses over and above those to the agreed base location will be reimbursed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Champion our customers as valuable candidates by actively promoting them to employers and raising awareness and support available through the programme
• Creating and following through with individualised action plans ensuring appropriate and effective activity is undertaken by each customer.
