As an Employment Consultant, you will support your caseload of participants to take ownership of their journey to work. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and actively connect participants with employers.

You will partner with people with a disability to understand their goals, build their confidence and skills, and actively connect them with employers. Success in this role comes from your ability to engage people, stay organised, and keep momentum especially when things get challenging.

We’re looking for people who come prepared, take initiative, and back themselves to build strong relationships in the community.
