We are seeking a positive and motivated individual with strong emotional intelligence to work collaboratively with our other Employment Coach and wider support team. You will coach and empower people with disabilities to build skills, develop confidence, and achieve their workplace and NDIS goals with a person-centred approach. This is an onsite position with no travel required, within a friendly and collaborative team environment.
