Position Description

The Employment and Career Pathways Specialist will play a foundational role in delivering employment and career coaching services within the program. This position will provide career guidance to participants, with an emphasis on youth ages 15-17, support pre-apprenticeships, the coordination of internships and job opportunities, job placement, and early job success, and collaborate with program partners to strengthen career development pathways.
