Permanent full-time position, working across multiple sites, in Bathurst, Lithgow, Mudgee, Cowra, Oberon.

With a focus on business development, establish
and maintain strong relationships with local employers. In addition to employer connections create strong ties within
the community and bring to life our vision to be the best provider of
employment and training solutions in the country.

By leveraging industry knowledge in your local
area, connect with the RIGHT employer groups to achieve successful
partnerships. Contribute to the goals of the employment
service industry through lead generation. Bring job seekers and employers
together to achieve long term employment targets.

An understanding of case management for job seekers with barriers to employment would be beneficial, but
training will be provided. A drivers licence is essential, travel costs
are covered.
