Employer Liaison - VPI Employment Services (Mississauga)

We are looking for a Permanent Full time, Employer Liaison based out of our location in Skymark (Mississauga). This is a hybrid‑remote position.

Key Job Functions

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of programs we administer through Employment Ontario.
• Develop and maintain a diversified portfolio of employers that will meet the current and future needs of our client’s occupational goals and barriers.
• Advocate and promote our clients’ individual skill sets to employers, with a focus on individuals from marginalized and underrepresented groups, highlighting the value they bring to an organization.
• Connect our value proposition to the workforce development needs of employers, ensuring a strong match between job seekers and employers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process of job seekers and employers, including arranging appropriate accommodations to support their needs for sustainable employment.
