The Company

Our client is one of Australia's leading superannuation funds, situated in a gorgeous open plan office in the CBD with a hybrid model offered.


The Role


Reporting to a Senior Employee Relations Specialist and alongside a wider supportive HR function, this role will provide crucial support with case management, investigations, stakeholder management and building out policies, procedures & frameworks.

This is a 12 month FTC commencing ASAP with potential to extend. They operate Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 3 days in the office & 2 from home per week.


Duties

  • Provide advice and guidance to P&C Business Partnering team and People Leaders on employment legislation, enterprise agreements, P&C Policies, employee and industrial relations matters and performance management processes
