**Associate Director – Human Resources Consulting Group**
This role serves as a key member of the Human Resources Consulting Group , focusing on implementing and executing HR initiatives that support business strategy. This role is responsible for delivering specialized HR projects, providing consultative support to Mid-level leader and implementing HR programs that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness across TIAA Global Capabilities in India.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**

+ Execute HR initiatives aligned with short to mid-term HR strategies supporting business objectives.
+ Provide HR consulting, coaching, and guidance to mid-level managers.
+ Implement organization design changes, assist with change management initiatives, and support talent management processes.
