Employee Relations Project Lead

A leading public sector organisation is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Project Lead for a 9 month contract.

The position is based in Central London , with hybrid working , requiring 3 days per week on‑site per week. This role is offered inside IR35 and will be paid at a day rate of up to £400 umbrella.

Interviews are being held next week and they want someone to start ASAP so will only consider candidates on 1 week notice or less.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the Request to Review (appeal) process for a large pay and reward project currently in flight.

This is a high‑impact senior HR leadership position responsible for coordinating and delivering a proactive, corporate‑level employee relations service across a large, diverse organisation.
