Job Description

                We are hiring an Employee Relations Manager to join a top beauty company in Clearwater, FL. This freelance position will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be hybrid onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $50/HR

Responsibilities:Partner with regional HR Business Partners and line managers to provide expert coaching on progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and corrective action. 
Develop and deliver training programs for managers focused on leading with empathy, effective documentation, and labor law compliance. 
Serve as a subject matter expert on ER issues, providing balanced perspectives that mitigate risk while supporting business objectives. 
Evaluate current ER intake and investigation processes to identify bottlenecks; design and implement streamlined, scalable workflows.
