COUNTRY Financial is seeking an Employee Relations Manager (ER Manager) who will lead the ER team in supporting business areas by ensuring treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with the framework of our core business values and objectives. The role is heavily proactive and reactive in nature. The ER Manager role will require strong organizational skills to serve as a working manager which also includes leading a team of ER Specialist as they support the business. The candidate for this role should have experience with employee and labor relations, employment laws, conducting employment investigations, policy writing, excellent judgment, developed analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
