About the role

The Employee Relations (ER) Manager will lead an advisory team in the provision of expert, business focused advice, guidance, and support.In addition, the role will lead CPA's employee relations function and provide support in industrial relations matters. The ER Manager will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of people-related initiatives that enhance the employee experience and make CPA a great place to work. 

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our office.
