Position Title: Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Advisor

POSITION PURPOSE

The Employee Relations & Industrial Relations Advisor is responsible for providing end-to-end advisory, governance, and case management support across employee relations and industrial relations matters within the organisation. The role ensures that workplace issues are managed fairly, consistently, and in accordance with company policy, procedural requirements, and applicable employment laws.

Working closely with the Head, Human Capital, leaders, and relevant stakeholders, the incumbent will provide practical guidance on employee conduct, grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes, and broader industrial relations matters.
