Overview

Based in Luton or Gateshead. We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team, supporting a diverse range of management across the business with complex Employee Relations (ER) cases.

As an Employee Relations Advisor , you will provide expert, inclusive advice on ER cases, including absence management, redundancies, disciplinaries, and grievances. If you are an experienced ER Advisor with a commercial background and a commitment to fostering inclusive and fair working environments, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and guiding employees and managers in navigating Employee Relations processes, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and respectful approach to all cases.
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed while promoting a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion in all ER matters.
