• Lead employee experience programs, including recognition, wellness, and professional development.

2. Employee Relations

• Manage and resolve employee relations cases with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws.
• Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
