Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced and driven Performance Team Leader to lead a team of Employment / Work Coaches delivering on the Restart programme in Worthing. As a Performance Team Leader , you will be responsible for driving team performance, quality standards and participant outcomes across the contract. You will lead from the front, managing team capability while also maintaining a small caseload, ensuring participants receive high-quality, tailored support to achieve sustainable employment. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong coaching, performance management and stakeholder awareness, ideal for someone who thrives in a target‑driven, customer-focused environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact.
