Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90K to low $100Ks (flexible for highly experienced candidates)
- Bonus: Discretionary, tied to performance and billable hours
- Billable Requirement: 1,680 annually
- Schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (eligible after 90 days; potential flexibility sooner)
- 40-hour work week (8:00-5:00 core hours)
- Overtime eligible (non-exempt role)
- PTO: Flexible/discretionary model
- Parking: $240/month (employee-paid, optional)
