Emerging Markets Equity Research Associate

Vontobel Asset Management is a specialist investment manager with a multi‑boutique approach. The investment team looks to add an Equity Research Associate to cover emerging‑market equities, with a role based in Zurich and Hong Kong.

What would your role be?

• Support analysts in performing fundamental analysis on emerging market stocks, including understanding key drivers, sector dynamics, and supply/demand trends in collaboration with the sell‑side.
• Assist senior analysts in preparing research documents.
• Help the team understand industry dynamics, trends, and the industry positioning of companies.
• Provide administrative support and maintain the research library.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated company knowledge and understanding of business models.
• Strong modeling and valuation skills.
• Good understanding of key ESG issues and risks.
