About the role

This isn’t just another call centre role—it’s purpose-driven work that saves lives. We have two full-time, 40-hour-per-week roles available:

• 1 x 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts, Thursday & Friday, 11 am - 9:30 pm, Saturday & Sunday overnight, 9 pm to 7:30 am
• 1 x On a rotating 24/7 roster

You will be based in our Tauranga office, with hybrid work opportunities available for some shifts once trained, where you’ll:

• Answer incoming calls triggered by clients’ medical and duress alarms
